We all know the importance of putting the cervical collar around the neck before moving the person after the car accident.
Not in all cases peoples can wait until medical help can reach to help the person after the accident.
In some cases the moving of the head can be fatal mistake, so to prevent the danger from moving the head, I hope to be in all cars one or more cervical collars to be used when the accident happen.

AED in every building, police car, school, cab, bus....
You have a wonderful Idea about cervical collars that I want to expand on.
I would like to see every building, resturant, store police car, cab, bus and school have atleast one AED available with mandatory training for workers in those places.
This could save many lives.
