About the show and chocolate milk ... Was wondering if the chocolate milk bought in stores has the same benefits as adding chocolate syrup to white milk bought in stores.

Hi, I haven't watched that show yet, what
did they say? I love the Silk Soy Chocolate
Milk.:)
They said how chocolate milk is one of the healthiest drinks you can have. Has the carbs, protein, other stuff they mentioned. Not sure why though chocolate milk vs white milk. Will look in archives.

The show was Nov 9, 09, and I looked in the archives, couldnt find any info on it. I think they also mentioned the calcium, vit D, in it. The show was on osteoporosis.
