That is what the segment of the show was about -- I was thinking sometimes alignment might be uncomfortable for some, and those people use more comfortable pillows so they sleep.  I didn't know what type.

I hate breaking in new pillows, for the first few weeks

my neck is kinda stiff, I guess they were two firm but

I don't like flat pillows, always wanted to try the Contour

pillow but haven't heard anything good about them yet

from friends.

I recently got a memory foam pillow and it is the BEST!!!!  It is soft and pliable.  I start out on my side, turn to my back and then toss and turn all night long.  Down pillows are the best other than foam.  I like to be comfy when I am in my room so i have a bunch of pillows on my bed that are decorative, and they are filled withfluffy stuff.  The outside is that soft fabric that is like combed cotton I think.

Meliss, there is a store that I think you guys have, the Christmas Tree Shoppe, that has downe and feather pillows for 6.99.  I think you would love them.  They are on sale here in NY until Nov. 18.  Good luck.  Bobbie

Yeah we have The Christmas Tree Shop here....only thing is is that i already have 12 pillows lying around plus a body pillow.  I have one down pillow too -- actually I found some good pillows the other day and just bought 4 or 6 of them---they are Laura Ashley ones and are soooo comfortable. But if I go to the CTS I'll probably pick some up.  Thanks for the tip.
