recommended something and I wish I

could remember the name but all I can

remember is it's mixed with water and

very salty, never tried the Miralax.

Maybe it is what Lisa mentioned, the

word fleet sounds familiar.

I agree with Pinkers--mag citrate does work wonders, even though it tastes gross.

never worked for anyone i know infact i have a whole box in my room that only had 3 packs taken out cause it didnt work even tried to give some to daughter and she said she already tried miralax. try activia yogurt she found that works really welll. and doesn't taste to bad.
