If you google "apple cider vinegar health benefits" you'll get over 1.8 million links that you can go to that explain all the health benefits of it, including weight loss.
I drink organic apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp in 1/2 cup water (I drink it with a straw though because it bothers my teeth), 5-6 times every day, and I have to say my skin is a lot better, I haven't gained weight, gets rid of hiccups (it really works!), gets rid of bad breath, and I have not gotten sick since taking it (I have been taking it for about 5 or 6 weeks, every day now).
The taste is very strong, but not bad when you mix it with water. And when you drink it with a straw you can't taste it until the last second.
I truly believe in it!
