I was shown these links (below) to read about the dangers of soy. Personally I don't in general like soy (ie soy milk, veggie burgers, tofu, etc), but there are foods I do like that contain soy like cereals, crackers, tunafish (canned), spices, sandwich spreads, candy, energy bars, and the list goes on. I didn't know anything about soy until I read these. This 2-part article really interested me so I wanted to share it with others.
