What happens if one of the "beautiful DRs" you talk about is a total jerk?  He might "look" nice/handsome/etc, but may have a terrible personality and bedside manner.  I'm surprised something wasn't mentioned about the experience of the DR, etc.  The DRs I have aren't on the "beautiful DR" list, but in addition to knowing their stuff like the back of their hand, they have so much knowledge, probably some gained with experience in the field (they are not all "young").  Beautiful can be defined different ways, IMO.  Felt like (as I was watching the show) there was some stereotyping that went on.  Just a thought.
