So it's day 3 and I'm feeling pretty good. Yesterday wasn't great because I was sick and didn't eat much. When I did eat, I ate something I'm sure I shouldn't have. (Beef taco salad) Point is that I'm back on the wagon now and working towards a good day. I weighed last night and I came in at 366. I have a call into my doctor's office to find out what my weight was last time (a week or two ago) because I'm going to use that as my official start weight. Just waiting for the call is making me nervous! I feel positive though. I know I've lost SOMETHING!
