I am a 57 year old single female. In the past 2 years I have been diganoised with COPD, high blood pressure, degerenative bone disease of the lower spine, thyroid problems, psoriasis, IBS with diaherea, dropped bladder and obesity. I have been on a 1200 calorie diet for over a year now with little success. I keep trying to exercise but not having much luck there either. I also was diganoised last month with obstructive sleep apnea. I am outgoing and love people. I have 4 minature weiner dogs, Susie, Sassy, Ginger and Peanut (my babies). I have lead a very active life style until recently and have always worked hard.
