My name is Marie Johnson.  I'm 41 years old, married for 7 years and have a six year old daughter.  Since I left the Army in 2000 I've gain over 115 lbs. However, I am extremely active in my community and have recently opened my own small business (Kane & Koe Marketing).  I recently ran for office as well and am constantly in the public eye due to my political activism. 

I love life, friends, and my family.  I've rediscovered myself in the last year since I began my political activism.  I've tackled a lot in my life and I'm ready to tackle my weight.

I want to be able to look at pictures of myself,  videos, and TV spots.  I want to take a family portrait that my husband has been wanting since we married.  I'm ready to live for today and tomorrow and on and on.  I want to be healthy and proud in my appearance.  I have faith that this is the place where I can truly succeed and get past the barriers I've placed on myself.
