I like the brand nature made orderless or you could try vitafusion omega 3 there are gummy bears chewable for adults.

I use Cod Liver Oil but someone told me that anything to do with Shark is supposed to be the best... of course that pulls in controversy regarding the way it's pulled especially if you take shark cartiledge (which isn't oil)...... anyhoo hope that helps a bit.

Funny you mention fish oil.  I received a bottle for Christmas last year as a gift and have yet to take them because I am not aware of the benefits.
