I am 46 and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 27 years. We have three grown children (2 daughters, 1 son), 1 son-in-law, and we are the proud grandparents of the world's cuuu-uuutest grandson! :)

I had gastric bypass surgery five years ago, but am still struggling with my weight, as I have regained 40 of the 100 pounds I initially lost. So it just goes to show that there is no "magic bullet" when it comes to weight loss and keeping it off. I also struggle with PCOS and hypothryoidism, just to name a couple of other conditions. Regardless, I still love life. I am madly in love with God and work hard to be his hands, feet and voice in this world.

I also love "The Doctors" TV show! I now find myself watching it more than I do Oprah (which airs at the same time in the Indianapolis area).

Sense of style? Well, I love the classics because they never go out of style, and I'm a fairly conservative dresser. I feel absolutely naked if I'm wearing something I feel is too revealing or low cut (not to mention if it doesn't cover all of the loose skin in my midsection!).
