3 rd day.How I am doing

I am on my 3rd day.Really 4th but I started late.I stopped coffee,drinking green tea i brew a pot so it is in a picture really to drink.I get a sippy cup with straw holds 32 oz of water with lemon slices.I drink 2 of them,

I been having yogart  and a orange -cause i need to go shopping.Today I had a turkey buger on lettuce with scallions and celery.with spicy brown mustard to dunk.My apple and orange before 2 pm.

Then 2 slices turkey,a hand full grapes. chicken breast half and carrots from last night

supper was chicken kabobs on a stick with key lime marn.

while chicken was cooking I had yellow pepper with olive oil cooking added it cut up to my brocolli

had my green tea and another bottle 32 of water-worked out doing kick boxing 20 min

 

Plans for tommorrow:

hot water with lemon

Then 1 cup coffee-yogart with 2 tsp of sugar free jelly -orange

Take out a turkey for several meals and go shopping

Good start. I hate the green tea, but try to acquire a taste for it. I should maybe try lemons with. I enjoy it almost cooled down and just gulp it down. I need to have one cuppa coffee a day. I had diffcilty finding a probiotic yoghurt, and I am enjoying it with blue berries - really yummy. For lunch its always a salad with protein (egg, tuna, chicken or mock crab), supper a protein and veg again. Can't wait for cycle two to have a little rice! Be careful with the grapes, its has loads of sugar! I love grapes too.

That was what I thought about the grapes too--the high sugar content.  In the list of fruits though it lists them as ok to have.

How do you know what to eat?  I don't have the book yet.  Ordered it but it hasn't arrived.  My first day.  I know water and tea, no coffee.  I do have a turkey burger in the refrig.  can I have yogurt the 100 calorie kind?  no carbs?

thanks mellisaw72.  can anyone tell me if you can use mayo, lite?  Is there any vegie that you aren't supposed to have?  For the first week No carbs at all?  I guess until I get the book I will try to put something together.  It will be better than what I was doing before.

to nana2010...not sure about the mayo light.  I was thinking (only) about using that as a fat instead of the ones suggested.  I might try it though so the tunafish tastes better!  Veges you cant have are the starchy ones--peas, corn, etc.  I think if you google "starchy vegetables" it will tell you about them.  I know the book has them listed, but don't have the book or else I'd list them all for you.  I don't know about the carbs.....I am just going by what people have been writing about what they say they can eat (on messageboards).

Hi There, You  will want to watch the high sugar fruits try apples,oranges,plums ,pears,berries and red grapes were ok.They post recipes and you can get an idea of what is allowed just make sure what phase the recipe is for.Sounds like you are doing awesome!!I need to amp up my workouts I love to walk but I probably need more cardio.You are going to love all the energy you will feel.Keep up the good work.
