Chia seeds are rich in protein, minerals and fiber and contain 500 percent more calcium than milk, as well as the same amount of omega-3s found in salmon. These seeds can absorb 12 times their own weight, making them an appetite-suppresent.

Ingredients
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 3/4 cup Acai juice
