Popsicles aren't just a refreshing treat, they can also rev up your energy and slow the aging process. The anti-aging popsicle contains carrot juice, pomegranate juice and 100 percent cherry juice, free of red dye and corn syrup. The juices each provide benefits to help you look younger and achieve better health!

Cherry Juice: In addition to containing high levels of antioxidants, cherries have anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties, and they have been shown to help fight cancer and heart disease.

Pomegranate juice: Like cherry juice, pomegranate juice is also high in antioxidants. Research shows that it can lower cholesterol and reduce blood pressure, as well.

Carrot Juice: The beta-carotene and vitamin A in carrot juice can help reduce wrinkles and dry skin, and fight free radicals. Research shows that carrots may also reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration, a leading cause of blindness.

Anti-Aging Cream
Tissue Nutrient Solution Serum (TNS) created by SkinMedica, is a facial cream derived from foreskin cells and boosts the body's own anti-aging properties and stimulates new skin growth and collagen formation. The cream does not contain actual bits of foreskin.

"This is serious science," board-certified dermatologist Dr. Hema Sundaram says. "Eighteen years ago, scientists realized they could take a few cells from [the foreskin] — these are young, healthy, living skin cells — and they could grow them. By growing them, they could get [the cells] to produce this amazing mixture called TNS, which has over 100 growth factors in it.

"I think of it as chicken soup for the skin, because it heals aging," Dr. Sundaram adds. "The only thing shocking about this product is how well it works."

Puffy Eyes
Sandralyn says that when she wakes up in the morning, her eyes are puffy, and she looks like she's aged 10 years. "It looks so gross," she says. "What causes this morning face?"

What to Eat for Better Skin

Community member Roseta1386 submitted a show idea to ProduceTheDoctors.com asking The Doctors what she should eat and drink for more youthful, glowing skin. Liz and The Doctors reveal the delicious edibles that can help protect against aging, sun damage and reduce fine lines!

Consuming too much salt causes the body to retain water and can cause puffiness around the eyes and on the face. The recommended daily allowance of sodium is less than 2,400mg, slightly more than one teaspoon, but on average, most Americans consume more than 4,000mg each day.

"Don't add salt [to food]. Try to keep track of labels," plastic surgeon Dr. Drew Ordon says. "[Foods such as] Chinese food, pretzels and chips are loaded with salt.

"Make sure your drink water, because that actually helps flush the salt out," Dr. Ordon adds.

Prevent Puffy Eyes
• Never go to bed with makeup on, because it can clog the facial pores
Remove mascara before bed, because leaving it on can make eyelashes dry and brittle and even cause them to fall out
Clean your face before bed to remove sweat and dirt.
Moisturize
Drink water
