I spent 13 years working on a skihill woking as a ski patroller It drives me absolutly nuts to watch so called medical dramas that can't even do CPR correctly if any actor is do CPR in a show they should get one of the EMTS on the set to spend ten minutes with them to learn to do it correctly. Some day someone may need to copy what they saw on TV and it wauld help if it was a good example to copy. just my rant fo today.

Ha, I caught a small part of Days of Our Lives today and an actor Doc was performing CPR and it was ridiculously fake. It's soo irritating! I know what you mean.
Kjones I saw the same thing---It bugged me too. Fortunately is was an actor and not some real medical specialist doing it.

I completely agree It drives me crazy also . They have these "tech advisors" whatever ! i spent quite a few yrs working on an ambulance myself and to watch some of these show just makes me laugh!!!!!
I didn't even pick up on that part...you are very perceptive. They do that a lot on TV shows...on Days (what kjones was mentioning) the head of the bed was even raised when they did it.

Yeah, Pink...I heard that too. You'd think a Cadiologist would atleast know how to effective perform CPR! I realize Docs don't do most of the work sometimes. Usually they stand in a corner directing. But Still!
