Its been a while but I am back.  Things have been really hectic for me lately. I am in the middle of a lupus flare right now and it sucks. I have been on the heavy duty pain meds for the past few days sleeping alot and missing work. This evening is the first time in a few days that my pain level was bearable so hopefully that means this flare is on its way...

Didnt sleep well last night ( suffer from frequent insomnia another side affect of lupus),,,,but I was still able to pull off a productive day....how cool is that. My boo boos today were upper right abdominal pain and my typical joint pain, however I was able to get comfy with just my motrin800s today  so all in all this was a decent day for me :-) I am about to head to bed praying for...

After shaking my morning joint stiffness I had a fairly good day. My face rash even looks better so I was able to ditch the bandaid ...yeah !!  I still have visable scarring but my makeup covered the scars well....I use the MAC line of makeup it provides excellent coverage and hides my scars and my face looks flawless ..love it. Got all my errands and house  work done with out feeling overly tired. Now...

My goal was to post every day but sometimes the autoimmune fatigue takes over lol. I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis very painful stuff ....I also have some osteoarthritis in my heels because of this...no fun either....so this morning it was flaring....took my pain meds and kept it moving on to work...once the pain med kicked in I was ok.  My face rash finally seems like its starting to heal so maybe in another week...

yesterday I was telling you about my butterfly rash  and my worries about the protopic not working.....well this morning the rash is showing improvement the swelling in the rash area has calmed down and I am happy about that.  However the rash area is very sore and painful to touch, Dose anyone know of a over-the-counter topical pain reliever  that works well ?
