I am a cheerleader so, we had 5 hours of practice on friday and on saturday my neck started hurting really bad and still does. This is because i have someone who is a little bigger than me sit on my shoulders for my routine. I can't move my neck around that good. It"s not as bad now but it still really hurts. I've tryed A535 on my neck but it didn't work. Anybody have any suggestions?thanks:)

Try tiger balm I am in martal arts and get sore muscles all the time you rub some of that stuff on your neck it will make it feel a lot better it kinda stinks but it works.

You need to talk to your Athletic Trainer! I was a cheerleader in High School too and this happened to me too. They can help by giving you stretches and such to do.
