MAKING SMALL CHANGES

The surest way to succeed is making small changes. Think in terms of
manageable baby steps, like swapping the half-and-half in your morning
coffee for fat-free or low-fat milk. There are lots of little changes
you can make — in your food plan and daily routine — that will add up to
a lot of weight loss over the long haul.

Yes indeed.  I have a goal of getting rid of the practice of adding salt to my foods.  So I started with reduced-sodium salt and now I am using spices only and no salt.  It really works when we do it as you suggest, in small integrals.  Thanks for sharing.  Oh, by the way, check in at Spirituality.....there's something that needs our attention.

Finished cycle 1 Thursday. 13Lbs lighter yeah, going on to cycle 2, I have never had so much energy and the diet has been so easy for me it is shocking. I have been out when people had dessert, my favorite and I didnt even feel the need to have a bite. I am looking forward to the next cycle 3 and can't wait to see what I lose with cycle 2. The winter has been hard here in the Northeast but the diet is the highlight. I love Chobani greek yogurt with sugarfree preserves, Smuckers is the best. It is my treat twice a day. Hope everyone is doing well. I have started working in my garden again. YEAH!!! I still have 70 more pounds to go but the energy is there and how I feel is the so dramatically different that It keeps me going. I want a whole new warddrobe. Since I have been overweight for so long but will refuse to buy anything new to I reach goal weight.   Good Luck to everyone on the diet. It has been a lifesaver for me.--joy

@ starmagic,

Thanks for sharing. I love your profile with the butterful very beautiful. I am so happy to hear you're doing great with the program. heyyyyyyyyyyyy  You go!!!!!!  In no time you will feel so much better. I started in my yard last week and had to come in cause of all the pollen flying around. I have asthma, really bad :(  There is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for letting me know about the two sugar free items you use. I need to go shopping tomorrow when I get the car. We share a car now and it is just planning. LOL  If I might add just sayin is all.. After you lose that 20 - 30 you may need to get some new clothes. It will also make you feel better about yourself. You could use that as a treat for yourself instead of a food treat. Hope to hear from you soon. tifa ♥¸ . ♥¸ .♥
