START A GOOD HABIT

These suggestions are helping me now stay focused.  Maybe you could benefit from them also. I have had issues exercising. Doing this I feel like exercising. Also using these suggestions & a few ladies for support is turning my life around and it has only been a week. I feel Great. I feel like I will see the end of the tunnel this time...... I also started to log (journal) to see if exercise is really vital for best results losing weight.  GOOD LUCK TO ALL  tifa *.¸.*♥

Several of us are exercising and supporting each other. We like the idea of a bubby.  :0    Just sayin is all...

1. Just get moving. Taking action will create the momentum & positive results you need to keep going.

2. Take baby steps. If your goal is to exercise regularly, begin with 10 mins a day.

3. Be consistent. Any action is better than no action. If you don't have time for a whole workout, do a few stretches. If you miss a day, don't beat yourself up - start fresh the next day.

4.Keep a log (journal) of your progress. You'll see what's working & what's not. Helps to lift your confidence to see your achievements on paper.

5. Reward Yourself.  MY FAVORITE  If you're exercising regularly, get a massage.
