Good Evening,
Just wanted to say that after 9 months I finally can say that I started exercising, OFFICIALLY. woohoo !!
It has been a long haul for me. So today I took a stroll in the Mall for a a mile & a quarter. It felt good. LOL
I didn't want to see home with hubby and watch Football and get bored and snack, I am so happy I did this.
So now I am gonna start tracking myself and see if the exercise will speed up my weight loss. After losing
2.2 lbs this week I found MOTIVATION BOOOO YAAAAAA H See ya around ♥¸ . tifa ♥¸ .

Good job! working out is not one of my favorite things to do, but i found out that just eating right is not going to do it. This time i am working out and eating right, so i am hoping to lose alot of weight. So maybe we can keep each other motivated with the workouts. (smile)
mrsgeri what ever it takes sign me up. How many days a week, what kind of exercise and how long do you exercise. Thanks I am not so inspired for exercising.... However, with a bubby, virtual or not I do not feel alone *•.♥.•*
Congratulations! That's a great start. After way too long of a break, I started working out again today. Believe me, it is a very beginner workout, but it sure beats sitting on the couch! Keep it up! We'll feel great together :)
Hello Ladies, well i am happy to see that we are making strides in getting moving. Last night my 11 year old and i went for a 2mile walk, it was fun and she really enjoyed it. So walkin with family is a good way to keep in touch with whats going on. I also ride my bike and go to the gym. tonight though i wont something to snack on, but i wont do it!

mrsgeri All I want to say is have a small snack and do not deprive yourself. I've been noticing when I do that I get weak and lose focus and eat eat eat..... Try a little and it may not be all that now. You can always walk it off later. LOL I know I am trying to help. I stretched earlier it is 95 outside now so when I get home for the library I am gonna pop in a tape for at least 17- 30 mins. Still in week one exercising I just started back remember. I think we are on a roll *.¸.*♥ woo hoo tifa *.¸.*♥

Please call me tifa *.¸.*♥ Yes we are and I posted today Start a good habit. I am sharing what is working for me....Starting with our favorite exercise. Didn't get to do stretching only. tomorrow I'm thinking about walking, stretching and maybe try in the AM before I start my day. I did that before and I was rared up and lost more.
