EXERCISE

Exercise may not immediately come to mind when you think of things that make your heart go aflutter\, but it's one of the healthiest love affairs you can have. It pushes you to be a better version of yourself, gives you the confidence to tackle any obstacle, helps you de-stress and rejuvenate, and constantly reminds you that your body is rockin'.

Sure, it leaves you sweaty, winded, and maybe even a little sore, but that's no reason to close your heart to exercise.

Hope we all can do a little something new in this area to help our heart and well being.  Get off the couch or chair and just walk around your abode. That is a good start.  Happy Exercising!!!!!

I agree, exercise and do what you can don't push yourself but do a little something and it does make you feel better and the rest falls in place with the activity. tackle the obsticle like my friend here said and we can do it. make it a possitive thing in your life.

Hi everyone,

Glad to have you back Neisa....  katnas & 7adan welcome it is nice hearing from you.Today will be my first strength training and I am looking forward to it. I have a tape I have been holding onto for sometime and I have now brushed off the dust and in a couple of hours. I will be getting down.  So to speak LOL....

Hope everyone will do some sort of exercise if not for only 17 mins.  Good luck   ♥¸ . ♥¸ .♥
