Hi Just wanted to share some things that I have run across lately. A few have been very insightful on my Journey. It has made me re-evaluate priorites in my life. Hope this will be helpful in your journey as well.
1. Fresh Air
Spend time each day breathing high quality air, free from pollution, in nature if possible. LOL The most basic form of nutrition & detoxification is inhalation/exhalation. Oxygen is vitally important for the functioning of metabolism. Various types of breathing exercises are excellent for overall health. Think of how good you feel when you
breath oxygen-rich air. Many yogic breathing techniques, called pranayama are outstanding for overall health, as well as for self-discipline.
2. Drink Clean Water
The environment in which we live is polluted. Municipal tap water is
polluted with fluoride, chlorine, chemicals & heavy metals. Invest in a high quality water filter, or high quality pure spring water. & dring 64 oz min. daily.. When I drink the amount of water and more
on the plan the weight comes off. Water is very important. Try it
you’ll see
3. Eat High Quality Food that is Right for Your Type of Metabolism
It is important to understand which food and drink is acceptable for your body and which are not. Be conscious of the type of food you choose to put into your body. It is highly valuable to develop a relationship with the food you are eating. Practice listening to your body, trusting what it tells you and remember what you learn. Learn
more about the benefits of Metabolic Type Nutrition.
4. Get Sunlight Onto Your Skin
Spend quality time outdoors, even if the sun is not visible. On days that the sun is visible, spend at least 30 minutes in natural sunlight, allowing 50% of your body to be exposed to the sun. The sun provides us with vital nutrients, Vitamin D and melatonin. Outdoor activity and time in natural light also increases biophotons, an area of health that
is new and exciting. please do not forget sunscreen for protection if UV rays & all.
5. Regular Exercise and Physical Activity
Spend a minimum of 30 minutes daily exercising or some type of physical activity. Three forms of physical activity that are very beneficial are: Weight bearing exercise, stretching and cardiovascular activity. You can also add SEX if you are up for it. It helps burn calories and makes you feel good also. REALLY DON"T LAUGH..
I started adding exercise to the plan 3 weeks ago and feel so much better and have more energy. BEWARE EXERCISING CAN BE ADDICTIVE. Now I feel guiltiy kinda if I do not do something. So I have started scheduling time in my day just for exercise. Crazy huh :0
6. Proper Rest
Allow your body a minimum of 6 hours per night of sleep. As often as possible, go to bed between 10-12. If you are under a great deal of stress, sleep 8 full hours and take at least 30 minutes of additional rest per day. .♥¸ . ♥¸ .♥
God Bless :0

Thanks for all of the good tips! Getting in all of that water seems to be the hardest of them all. I thought I peed alot before all of this water......I was literally running pushing my grocery cart to the bathroom in Walmart today...I know everyone thought I was a nut but I was on the verge of a full blown pee in my pants!!! (the kind that puddles on the floor inbetween your shoes LOL)
You are a blessing to us all! Glad to hear you are back on track and doing well. My daughter is home from college for the summer and we are having a lot of work done on the outside of our house(maintenance stuff) so I have been somewhat preoccupied and not getting on the computer much. Thanks so much for the comments, I love hearing from you. I have done pretty well, up to 80 pounds lost but then really struggled for about a week and gained 5 back. I am still struggling to get those 5 back off...why is it we can gain so quickly but then it takes twice as long to lose it again? I am thankful though that I seem to be back on track too. Have a nice day!
brennasmom11 Congrats on your loss.I understand losing the 5 lbs is hard. Just a detour recalculate .. I got that from Allstate commerical. LOL. I am glad that your daugher is home and you are redoing your house. Sounds awesome.

I will be blogging and leaving msgs on the board. Soon real soon. I promise. I am looking for a gym/spa cause I started exercisng can you believe that. I have to continue on this pace. I can not stop now. It was a long worthwhile adventure to say the least.
When you have time come on back. I will God willing be here plugging along. See you soon. ♥♥♥
1967ssf How are you ?? You sound delightful.
The water is a great part of it all. I thought I was doing good and left out exercising.. I have been good with my water. Now that I started drinking more of the water the weight is coming off really good. The water and the tea are key components on this plan.along with exercise..... :0 Bear through it all and we all will see less of you.
I believe in the water so much.... I have seen the results more so in the last 3 weeks since I have been journaling my food, exercise and now water....... Good luck and keep in touch. I am gonna start blogging little tid bits I have run across and that I have added into my life. Some things will astound you like they have me. See less of you soon. ♥♥♥
