Let’s face it, in our busy working lives, restaurant meals – for better or worse- are an unavoidable reality, even for those of us who are working at weight loss. (WW).
If you’re eating out to replace a regular meal, (depending on your Cycle) . It’s not a celebration. So keep your order simple. If you’re celebrating, then plan to have dessert. This way you’re covered, NO GUILT.. If you decide not to have dessert, you’ll feel righteous. Have a splendid day ♥ ♥ ♥

Lisa I am glad to hear from you. It marvels me how much we all know and how it comes back to us when we share. I have been on diets the yo-yo thang and have learned alot from books and classes. The support here is tremendous and I am glad to have you and all the other ladies helping each other. You do not know how when I read from you I say Yes I can do that. I just got to.
