Looks like quite a few votes saying that they know what to do. But are they doing it right? You have to feel the muscle getting tired...the burn. You have to either use heavy weights or do numerous reps. The muscle gets small tears & then has to rebulid itself. You burn calories rebuilding & you need protein to turn on the burn. As long as you keep up with the muscles you won't have a ton of skin hanging at the end of your weightloss. Look at the contestants on The Biggest Loser. They lose some serious weight on that show. You don't see a whole bunch of skin flapping around on them. There is some but the keep it to a minimum because they are toning their bodies as they lose the weight.
I'm sorry, but The Biggest Loser contestants-especially the winner, DO get skin reconstruction. The male trainer even said so in an interview. You can't go from 300lbs. to under 150lbs. without extra skin. The skin has lost the elastiic quality. It does NOT "bounce" back! No matter the amount of exercise.
