Thank you for listening. I am not sure what the big M is unless you mean menopause..if so, then I have been checked for that and have no signs of that yet.. I have an appointment with the rheumatologist tomorrow. hopefully he will find out something. Thank you  lollie

Hey, don't apologize for that.  Geez, we all need someone to talk to.  Things must be frustrating for you.  Has any of your doctors mentioned the possibility of the big "M" word? Could that be causing some of your symptoms?  I don't know much about Lupus, but I do know what others that have it say and I feel for you.  At least with a diagnosis of cancer we know the cause and can fix it.  (in most cases) Feel free to come here and vent I'll listen.

That is great news! I hope all goes well with your plans. It seems odd with the economy the way it is, but people are still being very generous when it comes to things like that. The Avon walk in Houston is already gotten tons of funds raised. My grandkids are doing great thank you. Everything is A-OK. I do wish the doctors would find the reason for my pain though. I do not know if I told you my history..but blood work says Lupus & Rheumatoid, then when they do more blood work it shows nothing.

All I know is that I am fatigued, I have sorness and swelling in various parts of the body..usually the joints of my shoulder and knee..I can not sleep without a sleep aid..the pain is so bad...more times than not now days. Even if my joints do not hurt that much..I can feel pain (what feels like a dull toothache) deep in the bones of my legs..really from the waist down. It makes me irritable and tired..I see myself becoming another person.

Anyhow...sorry to go on about my pain when you have suffered much worse. Thanks for taking the time to read it though. I hope you have a wonderful week..Lollie

Hi Laurie, haven't chatted in awhile.  How's the grandkids? Mine are doing great.  I'm so happy to report I finished treatments and all my tests are good.  I don't have to see the Oncologist for three months.  I've been planning our cancer support fund fundraiser. It's set for March.  I'm very excited about that.  I know we'll have a good turnout.  We are a small community but strong.  I need spring!

ah I have misrepresented myself I guess. I do not drive the bike..never have learned. I too am only a passenger. we have a Kawasaki..never have had much luck with harley's..I had an 05 DynaGlide and it's starter caught fire 3 times, and it was brand new. I too come from a large family. I have 4 sisters and a brother. One sister grew up in PA..never really knew her. I had back surgery on L4,L5 in 98, so I probably could not do a horse either..the bike does not seem to bother it though. well i am off to work now. ttyl Lollie (Laurie)
