I'm 61, married 43 yrs, have 2 adult children, and I have 2 step-grandsons.  We're originally from PA and lived in the Washington DC area (Rockville, MD) for 34 yrs.  Also, we lived in FL for 5 yrs & worked part-time for Disney.  We live in NC now to be closer to our daughter and son-in-law.

I am a Lutheran Christian and I am very thankful for the gift of LIFE.  Especially, in Feb. of this year I am grateful to God for sparing my life, as I had a severe allergic reaction to a sulfa drug and had to have a platelet transfusion.

I love cats, dogs, reading and of course, watching the Doctors!  I enjoy the unconditional love that pets give you and I wish they could all find forever homes.  My hobby is taking photographs, but I wish I was better at working with them on the computer.  I want to learn how to compress them to place a picture on my profile.
