Hi ,

My name is Lola. I am 43 yrs old. A wife and mother of 2 wonderful children. I work as a nurse  and I feel like a hypocrite everyday that I go to work and give instuctions to patients about being healthier and living their best life and I have yet to conquer that goal for my self. Every year I tell myself and family this is the year it happens for me,but at the end of each year I feel that I have failed. I have been putting off taking a family photo until I can accomplish this goal;so I am extending myself and to the world and seeking help from the greatest their are. HELP ME!
