A few months ago I was diagnosed with ovarian cists. I am so sick of being "broken" I use that term because I feel broken. For about 2-3 weeks before I was diagnosed my "normal" steadily changed. I always shower everyday, including shaving every other day, drying my hair, getting dressed. I excercised every other day. I clean alot, I would spend an entire day pretty much cleaning and would do this every week. Spend 1 day extremely cleaning. Then the rest of the week I would do what I call basic maintence. Vaccum, sweep , pick up after the boys that sorta thing. and Ive done this on a regular basis since I moved out on my own. Im always on the go, and I never really got winded, not easily anyways. When I got sick EVERYTHING changed, I can barely be active for 20 mins without getting very dizzy, feeling like Im going to vomit, I can feel my heart beating throughout my whole body, it feels like its going to beat right out of my chest. My belly hurts alot..... Can all this really be just cists? Ive had 2 vaginal ultra sounds and confirmed the cists but I feel like ovarian cists wouldnt cause ALL of those symptoms. I go in for surgery next Tuesday, and Im so nervous. What if after the surgery my nothings changed? What could it be if its not totally cists....

Well you can feel really bad because of a cyst. Do you take birth control, if you don't it could help if you start. You can take a low dose one like Levlite, better known as Aviane or Alesse. Give it a few weeks after the surgery if you don't feel any better it could mean something else is wrong. Doesn't have to be with your ovaries or cyst it could be something else, like maybe you developed asma or something. You could just be suffering from a lot of anxiety. I have anxiety problems and sometimes I can't do anything with out getting tired or feeling like I can't breathe. If nothing changes and you're really concerned you should go see your family doctor.
Well I have an ovarian cyst also and it's 5 cm and I feel sick all the time, I get waves of nausea and pains in my stomach but not just where my uterus is but also near my diaphram...I've done blood test and everything seems fine except for the cyst (3months I have it, if not more). I will find out on wednesday when they will remove it and I'm hoping that I start to feel better after the laparoscopy. Good luck to you!!!

Yes I have them on both sides. No Im not sure what kind of cysts they are. They are removing the cysts, they are also doing a DNC, I've had trouble with my periods before the diagnosis and are hoping that the DNc will "restart" my system. I didnt get one for several months, then all of a sudden I got one and it hit me hard. VERY VERY painfull. They are also doing a hysteroscpy - exploratory surgery to see if there are any other issues. My doctor thinks it possible that I have endometriosis as well.
I can't diagnose what you might have. I do know what it is like to hurt so bad and the doctors do not know what is happening. I went to doctors for more than 4 months before I was diagnosed with vagina cancer. By then it was as big as a tennis ball and had spread to my cervix and lymph nodes. Push those doctors for an answer. You know your body. make them realize that and if you are not satisfied with one doctor, go to another one. I certainly wish you the best.
I am so angry. I went to my doctor this morning because I started to get sick over the weekend. With my surgery being tomorrow I wanted to make sure I was ok to have it. Of course Im not and it got resch. for Dec 9th. I have to wait another month!!! I am so sick of this.

I havent updated anyone in a while so I thought I would do it now. I have endometriosis, ovarian cyst, fluid in the lining of the uterus and pelvic area. My husband and I are trying to have our 3rd child but have had no luck. We have been trying since Jan and every test comes back neg. I want a little girl so bad it hurts. It feels like we have been trying so long at this point I just want a baby. I feel like I cant get pregnant, my heart breaks a little more with every neg pregnacy test. I dont know what to do, at first I wanted to put it out of my head and just let nature take its course. Its been so long and nothing has happened.... I feel like I have to intervene, I want help with getting pregnant. Any tips are welcomed. Thanks so much for listening.
