I love your show, try to watch it when I'm home, you all give such good info.  I do have a question, I have been on the heavy side most of my life, I try to eat healthy, but sometimes I slip.  I keep busy, and I'm not a couch potato, I walk alot, especially at the store where I volunteer, up on my feet for 4 hours, moving constantly. 

My question is, how do you, other than surgery, get rid of lypoma's, I have one on my left hip, and one on my right upper arm, they make me so self concious. Also, after 9 full term births and several abdominal surgeries my stomach laps over my upper leg and I get rashes constantly. I try to keep myself dry and use Zinc Oxide to help it, but it comes back.  Could I be allergic to the elastic , since I do have allergy to Latex?
