I saw a segment on "calcium cocktail" that is called as Paula's Potion for Motion Smoothie from Paula Abdul and there was one unusual source that has calcium: Ground Egg Shells. It has 800mg of calcium in 1 Tsp according to Dr. Lisa Masterson. I would love to try this but one question to the doctor: How should I prepare Ground Egg Shells properly? do I have to boil first?
