As I was watching the segment today on organic food I was astonished that this simple disclaimer was not made - No Milk is Hormone Free.  All milk has hormones - the pledge that farmers are making is not to inject added artificial hormone into the cattle.  This method (injecting rBST) was used to help promote additional milk production.  Americans should know that BST is still in the milk as it is a natural occuring hormone.
