<font face="Consolas">I just turned 39 and I am seriously overweight. Much of my problem is that I sit at a desk all day. I just purchased the Wii Fit and some games (Jillian Michael, Biggest Loser). I love food; which is another one of my problems. I also have no energy after a long day at work, two days a week, I go to night classes to work on getting an associate's degree in Technology. the other 5 days I come home to a home with my little girl who is going to be 4 and my husband who has also worked all day. We get things done around the house, put our daughter to bed and both of us sit on the couch in front of the TV exhausted. I'm hoping by signing up with this site, it will help me to make some changes. My goal would be to lose at least 50 lbs; as I currently weigh 260 lbs at a height of 5'9. My BMI is very high and I am currently on blood pressure medication that I hope by loosing weight I can eliminate. I know that if I don't make a change now, I will end up with Type II Diabetes. I'm scared; which is one of the reasons I am so goal oriented to change my life. Thank you for knowing that this is an issue for many Americans and putting this challenge together.</font>
