I teach math, coach, and run a dormitory at a 9-12 boarding/day school. I am also a committed Christian and I come from a big family of 6 kids. We all get along well with each other and with our parents. Though all my siblings are married, I am single. Mainly, I married my job, but I have not ruled out marriage in my later years if I found the right man who I also valued as a friend and companion. I have a sense of humor, i look for and tend to see the best in people, and I'm pretty friendly and easygoing. My stresser has been my job over an 8-year stretch, when my school was mismanaged. Now that we have had a change in leadership, I am now feeling optimistic about the job, and that has helped me look forward to the upcoming school year. I am interested in becoming more healthy now that my stress level is no longer working against me. That's why I am joining this community.
