My sweet animals sharing their space

Awwweee cute!

My niece's cat Kiara INTENSELY DISLIKES all dogs..... or so we thought.   I had a Samoyed named Bear (long since running in doggy heaven) and when I went to visit them Kiara did his usual "I'm going rip your dog face off" meowl growl.  Turns out Bear walked by him, plopped down in front of the fireplace and didn't move.  After about 30 seconds Kiara followed Bear, plopped down on Bear with all four paws in the air, stretched his front paws above his head (upside down) and started kneading Bear's fur.  Bear was the ONLY dog Kiara let near.  We later figured out that it was his fur that did it.  Kiara sleeps on a white sheepskin rug and Bear just happened to be a walking, breathing, "sheepskin-like" rug.

Dogs and cats can get along! :-)
