Born 1952 (a good year, not just for wine) Scandavian. Married, husband has alzheimers, daughter born 1972, son born 1980. One grandchild born 1990.

I am extremely sensitive to western medicines and taught myself through good books and references to use herbal medicines. I also have an acupuncuturist that was trained in herbal medicine/oriental therapies. 

I am very healthy for my age. I am an Atkins for Life which means I monitor my carbs. I stopped eating red meat two years ago.  I prefer fish and shellfish anyway. We have always planted and harvested a vegetable garden.

I am an Accountant/Legal Secretary and work part-time without any benefits. We live in the beautiful Northwest.
