Since 2004 Dr Phil and his website,  his books made me and my mind emotionally healthy.

ALL THE WAY THANK YOU DR PHIL I LOVE YA AND ROBIN TOO!~  I have emulated my MARRIAGE AFTER YA ALLS!~TOMMY AND I JUST CELEBRATED 3 YEARS OF MARRIAGE 4 YEARS Together of COMPLETE LOVE AND BLISS!!

Even though we just went through the terrible loss of his Momma, which she was just dia/w/cancer 5 weeks ago..5 weeks ago OMG!  OH MY GOODNESS!

we were back and forth from Ohio to NJ..and He and his brother and I along with Tommy's (DAD)..even though they just were divorced..they were MARRIED for 45 years!  ALL handled everything with dignity and grace!...It also taught me how precious life and love really is...

Since 2008 WATCHING The Doctors TV  THANK YOU ALL DOCTORS BUT EXPECIALLY DR LISA!!

You all made me physically healthy. 

Every Sept.  I get a Mammo/and a OB/Gyn Internal.

I will have my 3rd one now MAMMO/and OB/GYN INTERNAL.... THIS SEPT 2010!!!!!...

Even though I had 3 kids my last one was almost 20 years ago after giving birth I gave up on Ob/gyn visits! 

Why?  Truly I can not answer you honestly...all I know is I started allowing FEAR inside my mind..then MY FEAR took over and then I just stopped having my yearly tests!..which was really stupid of me...EARLY DETECTION is the best thing ever! 

Since I have a FAMILY HISTORY OF CANCER,  I should have been on it YEARLY.....THANK GOD Nothing ever was wrong with me.  Now I have a THREE YEAR positive track record and now I will not fall off the medical wagon sort of speak...

I will keep going..and I promise all that follow my blog I will be YOUR BIGGEST PAIN IN THE A@#%

To get checked and to tell you all PLEASE DONT BE AFRAID OK?

Life is about living and being 100% real and healthy WORLD...Not hiding,  or being scared or thinking well since my Momma has "CANCER" I probally do too! That is such B. S.

When you go to the doctors office and have these tests it will empower you!

Now for those of you who say to me...you dont have insurance...

IN THE USA you can go to PLANNED PARENTHOOD.  They work on a sliding scale basis for ob/gyn tests and birth control..etc..they can also ref you to other agency's that can assist you too.

Hospitals have clinics too.  All it takes is a phone call to ANY hospital that has social workers.  If a hospital recieves FEDERAL $$$$, than they have programs to assist low income families and no you do not have to be on WELFARE to qualifie!  YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR LIFE IS WORTH IT SO MAKE THE CALL OK?

Here is a promise I will also make to you....answer my blog if you dont have insurance and you find yourself in a bind...

I personally will make phone calls for you...I will call clinics,churches,planned parenthood WHATEVER to get ya all MAMMOS either FREE or sliding scales @ hospitals or offsite centers, and OB/Gyn yearly internal tests.

THERE ARE NO EXCUSES TO STAY AND BE HEALTHY WOMAN!~
