Hi Everyone.

Tommy and I are back now in FREEZING COLD OHIO,  where we were met with 3 feet of snow on the ground and it since SATURDAY has been non stop snowing.  I KID YOU NOT!  I do have a flip Vid camera and THE GREAT MODS have instructed me how to incorprate a vid here I think its  5th from the right but with all our traveling and all my worrying I cant do too many things at one time so I promise soon I will post a VID sooner than later!

This blog has been a focus on pretty much how Tommy has NOT been following DR's orders NOT going to his Cardilogist and well Tommorow is the day when we both will be going to find out about his DEFIB FINALLY.

Over the past year writting here I have truly become Healthy!  Watching THE DRS TVSHOW ALOT of my own fears have melted (Like the Pun) away.  On my journey of becoming healthy however I too have encountered mid life issues.  When I say HELLO middle age BOY OH BOY am I not kidding.

  Since last year I have discovered with me in both eyes I HAVE CATERACTS,  I have been anemic,  I have had a serious vitamen deficencies All the vitamen problems were as a result of my GASTRIC BYPASS which was from 1999. 

You know that expression If I knew then what I know now? 

That operation should only be used as a LAST RESORT.  IT HAS A LIFETIME of serious followup worth or troubles and problems and trust me world  THAT OPERATION IS NO QUICK FIX.  Each and every meal I eat must be slow and planned or I get this problem called a "DUMPING SYNDROME" and it is not where the food exits my body.  If I eat to fast or the wrong combo of foods I get dizzy,  I still do not have a "cut off" of what is too much inside me and this could lead to VERY embarressing situations when dining out where it takes at least 20 minutes laying on my side and at times I have to go into the bathroom and puke.  This is NOT GOOD AT ALL. 

I just turned 46 and I am having bloodwork taken like every 2 weeks and my DR is very great and he is trying to rule out RA, or some sort of AUTO IMMUNE problems and well although I focused my life and my doggie Honeybear and living in SWELL OHIO I have been suffering in SILENCE and this is what I have been dealing with this past year in OHIO.

I havent kept this from you.  I have been trying to stay positive,  sober FEB 1 was actually ONE YEAR for me but I feel like physically This container of mine is falling apart!  I became a REIKIMASTER to do SELF HEALING along with my MEDICAL DOCTORS instructions and Vitamen and RX resugme but nothing is working for me thus far!

So I am calling upon my friends here please for prayers and more blood has been drawn today so I will keep you all posted!
