This silly expression has stayed with me for many  years of my life,  and as I get older it has become alot more clearer what the true meaning my Grandma From Alabama meant as she said this powerful simple sentence.

My Grandma was the richest woman in the world. She gave me all the goodness, digninty and grace that lives in my soul today. When she died of a stroke over 13 years ago her bank account read $73.oo,  but the riches I am speaking of is the time, and attention and greatness, and life lessons she instilled that make me the woman I am and who I aspire to be in all my interactions with all people either in "real" life or..... with YOU HERE either on THE DRS TV message boards or responding to eachothers blogs!

To all my True... Blue...(DR's TV Family, Friends)  I wish to say I hope you all Had/or still are having a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday season. You know who you are.  The kind hearted ones,  who encourged me to stay here when at times,  all I wanted to do was lay on my sofa,  to pull the covers over my head, to make this big,sometimes ugly world disappear because of internet bullies, vicious liars in my life, and false friends who I have known for years,  that had plotted agendas, who at the expense of me and my reputation,  used innocent challenged folk to sling arrows at me,  which I repelled  (alas) because as you see....

I didnt fall off any wagon...I stayed Healthy and didnt over eat... Exercised daily,  Kept a positive frame of mind...Prayed everyday,  Went to my meetings....AND...best of ALL...  I kept BLOGGING with my head held high,  and instead of having hate in my heart or love, I found a place for those folks who pretended to LOVE GOD who online used "Quotes" out of our Bible  and it was a place called INDIFFERECE. I found each day the lack of interest and concerened paid attention to certain people..It released me of the chaos and hurt and actually helped me redirect to things I love to do IE I have actually read 8 Books since then!

Hence THE HEALTHY PERSON ARRIVES AND THE RINSE CYCLE TOO and to my point.

Thank you all for never judging me or my writing style either,  as DR PHIL says "MY TRUE AUTHENTIC SELF,  MY TRUE VOICE" But I digress...

Hope it doesnt sound "too Manic" for those reading"hmmmm. Its just me...Always has been....

I am now looking out my window.  The skies in OHIO went from Sunny to solid GREY and Freezing so before it gets too late or before I talk myself out of it I am going to walk 5 miles.
