I'm a mid 40's guy, been disabled for awhile with a whole load of health problems from my back, my arms and hands as well as my general health! ( diabeties, astma, hi-blood preassure...etc!)

Been a "STAY AT HOME DAD" and helped the best I could raising the kids! 2 daughters ages 25 and 18, and also 2 sons ages 10 and 8..... I know a bit of a gap there!! LOL...

I love to cook, surf the web, play with the kids (when I can!) and did some gardening!
