I finally weighed myself and so far I have lost 17 lbs. I am very proud of myself and I plan to continue this diet. I don't really like the idea of slowing down weight loss by going to the third cycle. I only eat a couple things off the third cycle. I mostly go off the first cycle. I am just starting it over. Does anyone know if this is ok? I honestly don't. I just figured it would be ok cause I went through the first two cycles so it's not like I am just staying on one cycle. I am changing it up. Still need to get my butt motivated to exercise. I did go buy new pants. Had to my pants were way too loose. I am in size 10 and size 8 depending on brand name. Very happy loving this diet.
I was very happy this morning put on a pair of size 8 pants that I have because my others make it look like I am wearing somebody else's clothes and they actually fit. I am not one to struggle to put on my clothes. If they don't pull up and button easy they don't go on me. But these honestly fit. I am so happy. Still have not weighed myself. But will be getting a scale soon. I know I will like the results. It feels good to look in the mirror and see my shape coming back. I started feeling like the fat girl when we would get together with friends. Thanks to this diet I no longer feel that way.

I am into the second cycle of the diet now. My 12 yr old son told me that diet food is not suppose to taste good. I told him if it didn't I wouldn't be on it. I started out in size 13. Now that size is way to big. I have a pair of size 10 pants I didn't fit before now I can not only fit them but I can pull them away from my stomach. Such a great feeling. It's all thanks to this book.
