I am a single white 51 year old female.  I am searching for some help with a medical condition that has impacted my life this year.   I have a spine injury that is keeping me from being able to stand up straight to walk.  I have been 100% healthly in my life and now I'm not able to work and have been told I need to learn to live with my pain and get on disability.   I am far to young to take this sitting down.  I'm desperate for someone to help me. 

I was working at a local casino as a cocktail waitress and I love my job, but I have not been able to work since Memorial Day.   I have no insurance and am at the mercy of my states indigent care program for help.  As I am grateful for the states help, there is much to be desired in their ability and time frame in helping the indigent people of my state.
