I was diagnosed with MS in Aug. 2010 and was devistated. In Dec., just days before Christmas, I found out that i was misdiagmosed. Instead, my new neurologist said I have a severe case of fibromyalgia and ideopathic peropheral neuropathy. He said I would likely have pain the rest of my life, but what a Christmas present that was! I can handle that I will be in pain knowing that it is at least not a progressive condition. i still have the same symptoms I have had for a year now, and still cannot work, but I thank God for strength to cope and, most of all, for a family that is more loving and supportive than I could ever dream possible!
