Hoping for a diagnosis!

I am 25 years old and I love exercising and now most days I am in so much pelvic pain I can not. I had started getting pelvic pain on my left side after being on Yasmin for 4 months. Found out I had some cysts on my right ovary but thats not the one I feel any pain on. It's been a year since then and the pain is now everyday...I had a diagnostic procedure done...and they said everything looked fine and the doctor had the nerve to tell my husband he thinks I am making up my pain. So now I am on a waiting list to have another diagnostic surgery to find what the problem is. My symptoms range from a warm sensation in my pelvic region, hot flashes, left ovarian throbbing/sharp pain(especially with intense exercise or going from a sitting to standing position) and now longer lasting periods & many more. New doc thinks I might have Pelvic Congestion Syndrome but playing the waiting game is frustrating! I have so much motivation to keep working out....on my good days I get exercise in but right now the bad have been out numbering the good. I'm lucky to have such an understanding husband but it's hard because he is a bodybuilder and I see his progress and I feel like I have lots of catching up to do...lol In the meantime I find joy in helping my friends and family in their weightloss, nutrition & fitness efforts. Just wanted to know if any other women our having any of these issues and what you do to ease the pain....cause I hate being on pain relievers!

I have a pain also on my left side have seen my ob about it but he could not tell me why.  Mine just comes and goes , but at times it can double me over. I have not been on birth control piil in years, but I have a meraina it is a low dose IUE. I am also looking for a ansewer to this pain wish that I could tell you why but some things that help is hot packs and ibprofen a little

Hi kittenwithwings. I am a 42 female with three cyst of my ovaries that are about the size of a dime. One on my left and two on my right ovary. The doctors says that is not what where my pain is coming from and keep treating me with the same antibiotic, amoxacillin with no pain pills and no relief. My mother had similar symptoms like I have and I lost her to bladder cancer three years ago. They treated her just like they are treating me which is terrifying at times. Stay possitive though, I am. That is why I have joined the doctortv.com for answers. Maybe they can help us both. Good luck and I just want you to know that you are not alone.

Did you get a diagnoses?????  I am 40 and have the same problem.  Was finally diagnosed with (pelvic congestion) MANY swollen veins that are pooling with blood.  Awaiting surgery by an interventional radiologist.  Who know how long that will take. This process has so far taken a year and a half. I struggle with pain everyday from the moment I wake up.  Exercise? Not a chance!  If I even take a walk, I have more pain through the night and the following day.

 

Sooo curious to hear what happened with you!!!!
