Hi,
I am Kim and currently on the 17 Day Diet! I have had good success so far and in cycle 2- my cardio will increase and have a taste of diffent food and still going back to cycle 1 every other day. Keep up the good work and do not get frustrated, if you are not losing as quickly as you want to just keep on keeping on! Push a little harder in your workout and drink plenty of water and green tea.
