I have to force myself to drink water. This has made it easier.
I grab a bottle of water drink it on the drive to the gym. Refill for the workout. Refill after the workout before I hit the jacuzzi. Refill for the ride home. Then I force myself to drink one more bottle sometime during the day and I take one to bed with me.
