I am a 52 year old female who up until last year was very active and athletic. I had pneumonia on Christmas day, then on New Year's Eve I had my first major flare up from RA. That was followed up by gall bladder surgery in July. I am pretty healthy aside from the RA but since that diagnosis my life has changed so much. I am not quite in what I would call  "control" of the RA yet but the initial meds have slowed it down. It seems I will go along for quite a few days without flare ups and then wham - it's back! I am watching your show for the first time because I am home from work due to a flare up in my knee. This is my first visit to the website as well. Any advice on RA and the best things I can do on a daily basis to help would be awesome!
