My name is Kat. I am part of my lovely family of four. My husband is a united stated marine. He makes me proud every day. He is currently on his third deployment to Iraq. I miss him so much and so do our boys. I love dancing, excersizing. I am a major organic junkie.....LOVE IT....if i can get it organic i can...FYI Newmans Own make awesome organic "oreao" type cookies.....you cant even tell i promise....trust me if you could tell i wouldnt eat them.  I bug all my friends about the crap they put into their mouths. I was 172 at my heaviest and now i sit at 118. But down fall of losing all that weight is a haggard, droopy, floppy, old lady body :(
