My Name is Judyb.  I have 3 children and 2 step children, all grown.  10 Grandchildren, spread all over the US.  I am 63 years old.   

I had back surgery on May 25, doing well the procedure was called a lumbar Lamenctamey.   I will have a Rectcile repaired on Sept 21.  I am not sure what to expect.   

I have Osteo Arthritis in my back, neck and hands.  I need the thumb joints replaced, but too many other things to repair this year.   I need to know if there are any exercizes I could be doing other than walking?
