I am a 46 year old female.  I have two grown daughters and a wonderful husband, we have been married for 27 years.  We have a cat, Suzy-Q.  She is wild and crazy.  We have a small home in a small town and that is how I like it.  I love to cook and make up new recipes.  I have a small home embroidery business and I work in a high school special education classroom.  I love simple things like just spending time with my family and friends.  I enjoy people. I have great friends.  I am very underactive physically.   I love the beach.  I love starry nights on the beach.  I love flowers and birds.  I love pictures of people.  I take, print and frame them...they are everywhere in our home.  Yesterday was my friends birthday and I took her out for a really nice dinner and just spent time talking about whatever she wanted to talk about.  I am not a big material gift giver.  I give of my time and self instead.  Simple is the key.  I have low stress, I always put it aside if it is something that I cannot change because that is wasted energy. I love movies, reading, crossword puzzles, brain teasers and spending time outside.  I love your program.  I watch very very little TV.
